How do I return an item?
Spice Sanctuary Inc.

We are dedicated to providing you the best products and service possible. For legal reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items that you have opened or that you have changed your mind on.

However, in the unlikely event of problems with your order, we will work with you to quickly remedy the issue to your satisfaction according to our exchange policy below. To make sure your exchanges are processed properly, please call us before shipping any returns.

"Returnable Items" shall mean organic spices, spice blends, teas, other gifts and accessories bought direct from Spice Sanctuary but only to the extent that such item is received by you punctured, tampered with or damaged to such an extent that the product would reasonably be deemed unfit for use by you. For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding the foregoing, no item shall be a Returnable Item unless of all of the following conditions are also met:
(a) The goods must be checked by you within 24 hours of receipt;
(b) The item to be returned must be a Returnable Item;
(c) You must contact us immediately upon inspection should you receive a Returnable Item;
(d) You shall keep the Returnable Item for inspection by Spice Sanctuary Inc.
(e) Upon receiving our written approval (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld), you may proceed with returning the Returnable Item; and
(f) When returning a Returnable Item, please include a copy of your invoice. You will be responsible for all freight and handling charges on returns and shall provide Spice Sanctuary with tracking details.

Once we receive the Returnable Item, we will exchange the Returnable Item with a new item of the same description, size and price and ship the same to you accordingly.
