Watermelon & Rose Milkshake
Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan

Serves 2


1/8 Watermelon, cut into pieces
1 cup Organic Almond Milk or milk of your choice
1/2 Tsp Organic Coorg Bold ground Cardamom
1 Tsp Rose Water
2 Tbsp Organic Chia seeds

How to Make:

1. Put all the ingredients apart from the chia seeds into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the milkshake into a glass and top mix the chia seeds in before serving.

How to Enjoy:

Watermelon and rose water is especially cooling and the cardamom is very soothing on the stomach so this is an ideal summer drink to have anytime of the day!
