Potato Wedges with Curried Spinach Sauce - As Seen On TV!
Gluten Free; Dairy Free

Ingredients:


3 Large potatoes, peeled and cut lengthways into angled wedges
1 Tbsp Coconut or Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp Spice Sanctuary Smoked Paprika Chili Flakes
150 ml Coconut Milk
6 cups Spinach leaves
1/2 Tsp Spice Sanctuary Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp Spice Sanctuary Curry Powder



How to Make:

1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Lay the potato wedges out on a baking sheet, drizzle the oil over and season with salt, pepper and the smoked paprika chili flakes. Cook for about 40 minutes, turning every 15 minutes or so until cooked.
2. Meanwhile, in a blender, combine the coconut milk, spinach and spice blends into a smooth sauce.



How to Enjoy:

Serve the wedges hot alongside the sauce for dipping! It's that simple and delicious when you put potatoes, spinach and spices together!
