Middle Eastern Detox Salad - As Seen On TV!
Gluten Free, Dairy Free



Serves 2
Ingredients:


2 cups Organic Cucumber, diced into small chunks
1 cup Pomegranate arils
3 or 4 Walnuts or pine nuts, chopped into pieces
1 Tsp Spice Sanctuary Middle East Feast Global Gourmet Spice Blend
1/2 Tsp Spice Sanctuary Sumac Ground
1/4 Tsp Spice Sanctuary Nigella Seeds
Drizzle of Avocado or Olive Oil



How to Make:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl apart from the oil.
2. Once all the spices have coated the cucumber, pomegranate and nuts, either drizzle the oil over it and serve or mix in the oil well.


How to Enjoy:

Enjoy this scrumptious salad on its own or use it as a topping on hummus or mix into yogurt for an instant dip. Bursting with antioxidants, you can't go wrong with how you serve and enjoy this!
