Longevity Truffle Balls

Makes 13-14


1 cup nut milk pulp (I used hazelnut milk pulp) or 1 cup raw nuts, soaked for 6-8 hours

9 medjool dates (not soaked)

¼ cup hemp seeds

1 Tbsp almond butter

2 Tbsp raw cacao powder

1 tsp maca powder

3/4 tsp Spice Sanctuary True Cinnamon

½ tsp Spice Sanctuary cardamom powder

1 tsp vanilla powder

¼ tsp sea salt

1 tsp bee pollen (optional, not vegan)

How to Make:

1. Combine all ingredients, except bee pollen, in the food processor and process until you have a smooth texture. You may have to stop the machine and scrape the sides with a spatula a couple of times.

2. Taking about a tablespoon of batter at a time, roll little balls between your palms. Then sprinkle with bee pollen. (optional)

* When using nut milk pulp in recipes, make sure you squeeze as much of the liquid out as possible and try to use up the pulp right away to avoid spoilage. For best results, make sure the dates you’re using a very fresh and soft. If using unsoaked nuts, you can soak your dates ahead of time for 2-4 hours.
