Green Breakfast Lassi
Gluten Free


Serves 1

Ingredients:

250 ml Filtered Water
1 cup Organic Spinach
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
1 Organic Banana
1/4 cup Cucumber, diced
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Organic True Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Organic Red Chili/Cayenne
1 Tsp Flaxseed oil
1 Tbsp Organic Chia seeds


How to Make:

1. Put all the ingredients apart from the flaxseed oil and organic chia seeds into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the lassi into a glass and top with the flaxseed oil and chia seeds before serving.


How to Enjoy:

Drink the lassi immediately in the morning and avoid taking caffeine before or after it. The heat from the cayenne will help get your metabolism fired up for the day, the cinnamon will warm up and stimulate your digestive system and the other ingredients will support a cleansing and vitamin and mineral intake.
