East African Corn on the Cob
Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free


Serves 2

Ingredients:


3 Corn on the cob, husks removed
1/4 Lemon, juiced
1/2 Tsp Spice Sanctuary Red Chili Ground, Cayenne
Sea Salt to Season



How to Make:

1. Preheat the broiler to 400F or heat the BBQ to same heat.
2. Cook the corn, turning regularly until the kernels soften and brown on all sides.
3. Transfer the cooked corn to a serving dish and drizzle either the pre-mixed lemon mixture or the remaining ingredients individually.


How to Enjoy:

You can either mix the lemon juice, red chili and salt together and brush on top of the cooked corn or sprinkle each individually to taste. Enjoy immediately! Serving the corn this way is traditionally East African in style and a typical street food not to mention a great metabolism inducing alternative to butter!
